Our retreats are suitable for everyone in their second or third trimesters. This is due to the nature of the pregnancy pilates sessions.

Yes, please let us know in your booking form any dietary requirements including allergies, or conditions such as gestational diabetes. You can make amendments to this up to 1 week before the retreat. All food will of course be generally safe for pregnancy.

YES! The vast majority of guests come on their own, it’s a great opportunity to meet other like minded mums to be. There’s plenty of time to chat and connect.

To date, it’s been a real 50:50 split! Which has been just wonderful for connection and wisdom sharing! You are very welcome whether it’s you 1st or your 6th!

There is free parking available onsite. The location is easily accessible to both the M25 and SW London.

Closest Train Stations are: Ashtead, Chessington, Oxshott. Plus a 10 minute taxi (Uber runs here!)

The 465 Bus runs past The Barn, from Kingston to Dorking.

Keep in touch with the group before the session, in the past we’ve managed lift shares or pick ups from the station!
